CLUB REGISTRATION

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED

New for the 2021/2022 and now required for Club Membership with Judo Nova Scotia.

 

Since this is a new process, we will work with the clubs as needed to ensure each club has the required documentation on file for their club.

​

1. Attach a copy of clubs Emergency Action Plan. Information on EAP can be found here.

2. Proof of Head Sensei’s NCCP DI status. This can be a printout from The Locker (NCCP Coaching Website)

3. Proof of Head Sensei’s First Aid certification. If you do not currently have a First Aid certification, let us know and we will work with the Sensei’s to get this up to date.

4. Background check which included a vulnerable sector check.
